Reporting directly into the Wardrobe Manager, you will contribute to the day-to-day running of the Studio team, specifically the styling team.
Maintain the styling wardrobes to support authentic, inspiring shoots daily.
Support the Wardrobe Manager with ongoing projects and workflow improvements.
Manage replenishment of styling underpinnings and process styling orders across dual studio sites.
Unpack, prep, tag, barcode, and organize wardrobe samples; process returns.
Support with Buy the Look, ensuring wardrobe stock KPIs are met and outdated styles are removed.
Collaborate with the styling team to keep wardrobes updated with recent samples.
Ensure creative quality and volumetric KPIs are maintained.
Work with stylists and studio teams to improve quality and efficiency, adapting to different shoot styles and trends.
Build strong professional relationships within the studio team.
Demonstrate brand awareness and understanding of styling budgets and KPIs.
Proactively demonstrate company values and confidence in problem solving.
Identify workflow improvements and support departmental strategies and projects.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
Proven experience handling samples.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to make decisions and solve problems confidently.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
Comfortable using Excel, learning new systems, and reporting tools.
