The Details Identify, explore, and define which projects/programs the AMG team should prioritize. Set a timeline to reach goals quickly, and track progress with operational owners to drive programs to completion. Regularly review processes, guidelines, and platforms in collaboration with Department Leads to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs. Produce reports/updates to show progress of inflight projects/programs. Work closely with Finance partner to track & forecast operational spend. Support our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies. Salesforce Media Cloud Lead the internal delivery of Salesforce Media Cloud. Own the relationship and communication with platform and agency contacts. Using platform knowledge, ensure program progress is scoped, timelined, and communicated cohesively – allowing for all relevant stakeholders to collaborate on requirements. Drive UAT testing. Ensure requirements are delivered. Identify and manage any risks or blockers. Ensure program milestones and deadlines are met. Display Ads Proposition Oversee and manage the production and delivery of display ads. Review creative strategy and work with the product teams to analyze the success of different creative approaches. Line manage a Junior Project Manager with accountability for their workload and professional development within ASOS. Lead and develop creative routes for new products (e.g., Video/animated HTML5). Good understanding of marketing tech and its role in workflows. A strong understanding of digital advertising formats. Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
