We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team for flexible agency shifts across a variety of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, residential care homes, supported living services, and other clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
- Monitor and record patients' health conditions, including vital signs and changes in wellbeing
- Support service users with complex care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and choice
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain care records
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, families, and other professionals
- Respond effectively to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and active registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Minimum 6 months of recent UK-based nursing experience
- Experience working within care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, or community settings
- Valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- Up-to-date mandatory training, including Moving
