We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team for flexible agency shifts across a variety of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, residential care homes, supported living services, and other clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor and record patients' health conditions, including vital signs and changes in wellbeing
  • Support service users with complex care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and choice
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain care records
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, families, and other professionals
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN and active registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Minimum 6 months of recent UK-based nursing experience
  • Experience working within care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, or community settings
  • Valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, including Moving
