We are currently looking for well-qualified HCAs with mental health and critical care experience for ongoing agency placements that offer regular, consistent shifts, similar to a permanent role. This role is ideal for candidates seeking agency flexibility with job stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal and clinical care to service users
- Supporting individuals with mental health conditions, complex needs, and critical care requirements
- Assisting with daily living activities in line with care plans

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6–12 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker
- Proven experience in mental health settings
- Experience handling critical care, complex needs, or high-dependency patients
- Confident working in challenging or specialist care environments
- Right to work in the UK (British / ILR / Dependent visa)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
