Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the management team in the daily operations of our nursing home. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursing Home Manager in overall operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care management.
• Supervise and support care staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Monitor compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations.
• Handle resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of care standards, policies, and regulations.
