Are you a talented Webflow Developer with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to build high-quality Webflow websites? The Ideal Candidate:

• Develop websites to a high standard using Webflow.
• Have a strong foundation in design principles and an understanding of user experience (UX).
• Build custom Webflow websites from scratch.

You will:

• Have a fundamental understanding of design principles to create user-friendly, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing websites.
• Be an expert in Webflow, capable of building advanced interactions, CMS-driven sites, and fully responsive layouts.
• Be comfortable adopting frameworks and working within design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
• Have an understanding of custom code (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) and be able to implement custom solutions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Webflow Expertise: Utilise Webflow CMS, animations, interactions, and custom styling to bring designs to life.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Apply accessibility, usability, and conversion-focused design strategies to create seamless user experiences.
• Adopt Frameworks & Design Systems: Ensure consistency in development while maintaining creative flexibility.
• Coding Implementation: Use CSS, HTML, and JavaScript where necessary to extend Webflow’s capabilities.
• Integrate the website of client CMS programs and data feeds, ensuring website stability and functionality on all platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
• Work closely with designers, content teams, and marketers to execute projects effectively.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Stay updated with Webflow advancements, industry trends, and emerging design technologies.
• Optimise a website's back end and infrastructure to improve its crawlability, indexability, and overall performance.
• Maximise the performance and scalability of websites.
• Incorporate industry and design best practices into the creation of websites.
• Carry out website testing.
• Coordinate with back-end developers to ensure proper integration of web and app logic.
• Integrate brand components and pertinent market research findings into websites.

Design Skillset:

• Fundamental UX/UI design skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• A comprehensive approach to design, from broad ideas to minute details.
• Experience with Adobe CC, Figma, and other industry-standard software.

Technical Skillset:

• Experience with Finsweet (Client First), Lumos or another preferred Webflow framework.
• Advanced knowledge of website management tools, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of cross-functional roles such as engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Proven skills in A/B testing strategies.

• Experience with custom code solutions and API integrations in Webflow projects.
• Familiarity with Lottie, Spline, RIVE and GSAP animations, motion design, and micro-interactions.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
