The role

Our Service Advisors coordinate between our workshop and customers to provide our customers with excellent service and knowledge. As a Service Advisor you will be:

  • Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
  • Identifying customers' requirements and where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
  • Monitoring workshop hours, to provide an efficient service to customers.
  • Giving customers a full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
  • Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates, and updating customer's accounts.

About you

You will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
  • Comfortable using different computer systems
  • Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable

Location: Marsh Mills, Plymouth

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications to be discussed at interview

Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturday on a Rota. Please be advised that this role is a fixed term role, covering a period of Maternity Leave.
