We are currently looking for a Fleet Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly and passionate team at Matford Way, Exeter.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer accounts orders with updates, availabilities, and quotations
  • Liaising with the PDI department to ensure vehicle handovers and deliveries are arranged in a cost-effective manner
  • Maintaining Salesdoc with relevant information in a timely manner
  • Building orders in the system Drive, as required to match quotes and POs
  • Issuing POs and adding costs for accessories
  • Adding or checking manufacturers bonuses to vehicles if required
  • Setting up stock books for direct sales as necessary
  • Processing new vehicle stock orders and contracting of sold orders
  • Printing and scanning of manufacturers paperwork as required
  • Creating vehicle deal envelopes for part exchanges and ensuring they are fully completed and disposed of via auction in a timely manner
  • Processing invoices and crediting notes against stockbooks
  • Providing assistance to sales staff and manufacturers as required
  • Ensuring CRM records are correctly created and maintained as required
  • Providing cover as necessary for other members of the department including at remote sites
