Role and responsibilities
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Support Coordinator you will support the sales team in the sale, preparation, movement and overall customer experience in the supply of new and used commercial vehicles. The role exists to increase the efficiency of the department, and to ensure that processes are adhered to reduce risk, provide a consistent quality customer experience, maximize the timely visibility of sale vehicles to the market thus remove unnecessary costs or delays.

  • Coordinating mechanical and cosmetic preparation of both sold and unsold vehicles
  • Ensuring that displayed and demonstrator vehicles are well presented, clean, fuelled and appropriately prepared to comply with Vospers standards and consumer legislation
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers to ensure that all required work and accessory fitment is carried out within required deadlines
  • Supporting the sales team with inbound customer enquiries via the phone
  • Reviewing vospers.com and Autotrader to ensure quality used adverts are presented
  • Carrying out final quality control checks are complete before vehicles are passed to sales team for handover or display
  • Supporting with 48hr follow up calls with customers and feedback any concerns to relevant sales personnel
  • Carry out weekly demo audits to ensure mileage and cleanliness is kept on top of Organizing the collection and delivery of vehicles where necessary
  • Assisting with the photography of sales vehicles
