The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and successful used car operation handling around 1,200 used vehicle sales annually as part of a high‑performing team of seven. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Desking and structuring vehicle deals
  • Maximising sales opportunities and departmental performance
  • Managing profitability, finance products and deal control
  • Supporting customer activity and departmental administration
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with daily operational support

About You We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • A successful Sales Executive with strong F&I performance looking to progress
  • An experienced Transaction Manager seeking a new opportunity
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Motivated, professional and target-driven
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence

Competitive salary package available. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a weekday off (Department currently closed Sundays).
