The role

Our Service Advisors Coordinate Between Our Workshop And Customers To Provide Our Customers With Excellent Service And Knowledge. As a Service Advisor You Will Be

  • Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
  • Identifying customers\’ requirements and where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
  • Monitoring workshop hours, to provide an efficient service to customers
  • Giving customers a full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
  • Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates, and updating customer\’s accounts.

About You

You will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
  • Comfortable using different computer systems
  • Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable

Location

Barnstaple, North Devon

Salary

Dependent on experience and qualifications to be discussed at interview

Hours

Monday to Friday (with Saturday on a rota)
