What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn and use the Vospers Sales Process to support and guide customers
  • Assist with preparing vehicles for sale and supporting handovers to customers
  • Get involved in prospecting for new customers and following up with existing ones
  • Help maintain the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard
  • Be part of a team that delivers first-class customer service

Don't worry if you've never sold a car before; we'll give you all the training you need.

What We're Looking For

  • A can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn
  • A passion for cars, people and great service
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and good communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends (because that's when our customers love to shop)
  • A full UK driving licence (or working towards one soon)
  • Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential; if you've got the drive, we've got the training.
