Job Title
Parts Advisor
The Role
The main purpose of a Vospers Parts Advisor is to satisfy customer needs by identifying and issuing the correct parts, to maximize all sales opportunities, to the highest possible standard with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer parts calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information on the availability and suitability of parts in line with customer needs.
- Promote and sell parts to achieve recognized targets.
- Work to increase business opportunities
- Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations.
- Process all parts orders received in a professional, efficient manner, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Offer existing customers who call in at least one product from any of our promotions.
- Record any customers concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
- Record any lost sales on database.
- Communicate major sales campaigns by both Vospers and manufacturers effectively and promptly to the customer base.
- Adopt a flexible approach to working in all areas i.e. internal, customer facing and telesales.
- Liaise with other department staff i.e. drivers and warehouse to ensure smooth processing of customers orders.
- Maintain and contribute to a good and fair working environment for all staff.
- Respect all staffs views and opinions.
- Deputise for other staff members when required.
- Maintain a high level of integrity at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team and as an individual
