The Role:
As a Vospers Senior Telesales Advisor, you’ll be operating within a busy multi‑franchised parts department at Matford Way in Exeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls within our call centre.
- Look up parts on a number of electronic parts catalogues and advise trade and retail customers on pricing and availability.
- Take emails from a shared email box and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Offer at least one product from our promotions to existing customers who call in.
- Record any customer concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
- Record any lost sales on the database.
About You – What We’re Looking For:
- Motor trade parts experience advantageous but not essential.
- Level of computer literacy.
- Previous experience using the CDK Drive (Kerridge) system advantageous.
Location: Matford Way, Exeter
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience, to be discussed at interview.
Hours: Monday to Friday – an average of 40 hours a week with Saturday mornings on 1 in 4 rota.
