Role and responsibilities
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the sales team in the sale, preparation, movement, and overall customer experience in the supply of new and used commercial vehicles. The role exists to increase the efficiency of the department, ensure process adherence to reduce risk, provide a consistent quality customer experience, maximize the timely visibility of sale vehicles to the market, and remove unnecessary costs or delays.
- Coordinate mechanical and cosmetic preparation of both sold and unsold vehicles
- Ensure displayed and demonstrator vehicles are well presented, clean, fuelled, and appropriately prepared to meet Vospers standards and consumer legislation
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure all required work and accessory fitment are completed within deadlines
- Support the sales team with inbound customer inquiries via phone
- Review vospers.com and Autotrader to ensure quality used adverts are presented
- Perform final quality control checks before vehicles are handed over or displayed
- Support 48-hour follow-up calls with customers and feedback any concerns to relevant sales personnel
- Carry out weekly demo audits to monitor mileage and cleanliness
- Organize the collection and delivery of vehicles as necessary
- Assist with photography of sales vehicles
