The role
Our Service Advisors coordinate between our workshop and customers to provide customers with excellent service and knowledge.
- Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
- Identifying customers' requirements and where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
- Monitoring workshop hours to provide an efficient service to customers.
- Giving customers a full explanation of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
- Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates, and updating customers' accounts.
About You
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
- Comfortable using different computer systems
- Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable
Location: Barnstaple, North Devon
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications to be discussed at interview
Hours: Monday to Friday (with Saturday on a rota)
