The main purpose of a Management Graduate is to assist in growing our existing business by promoting Vospers broad product and offering service to the regional car parts industry. Your primary aim is to develop and enhance our Parts business through its Retail, Trade and Internal Operations. Must have a good eye for detail and have the required financial acumen to be able to fulfil the post.
Key Responsibilities
- To work with our parts management team to develop your skills within the business unit. This will involve you working in each section of the parts business to get a good understanding of how all areas operate and function.
- You will be asked at the end of each section for normally a 3-month period to put your ideas and findings and solutions to your reporting group manager along with your Group Director.
- You will need to grasp the sales & marketing functions of the business as well as to understand the financial performance of the division.
- You will attend weekly and monthly Sales, Marketing, Inventory & financial meetings.
- The job will involve meeting regular stakeholders in the business, including customers, suppliers, Manufacturers, Internal.
- Carry out all daily tasks as set out by the Group Parts Manager.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with Graduate experience in the Finance or accounting arena.
- Need a clean driving License.
