Your Mission
- As Marketing Director, you will own the full strategic marketing agenda for the UK & Ireland market. Partnering closely with the General Manager and Vorwerk Home Marketing, you will drive sustainable growth, elevate brand desirability, and empower our advisor network to win in market.
Your Impact
- Own and execute the annual marketing strategy, turning insights into bold growth and strengthening our premium positioning.
- Drive powerful, consistent storytelling across all channels, leading launches, PR, and ambassador messaging with a network-first mindset.
- Empower our advisor network through high-impact marketing, optimized CRM, strong NPS, and data-driven performance steering.
- Lead cross-functional product launches, shape content and recipe strategy, and continuously refine go-to-market and channel performance.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensure transparent reporting, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead four core teams (Customer Marketing, Advisor Marketing, Product Management, Brand & Communications), develop talent, and build a high-performance culture.
