Vortex is expanding and looking to bring in experienced Wind Turbine Technicians, both contract and permanent roles available.
We’re keen to speak with technicians experienced on:
- Siemens 2.3 VS
- Siemens 2.3 CS
- Siemens 1.3
- Vestas V52, V66, V80
The Role:
- Servicing
- Fault finding
- Major component exchange
- Planned maintenance
Location & Travel:
- Work across Scotland
- Must be willing to travel and stay away from home where necessary for the week, occasionally max 2 weeks
Desirable:
- AT or CT status on Siemens 1.3/2.3 CS/VS
- Willingness to work towards and sit AT panels for key clients
Development & Progression:
- Support and training provided to achieve AT status
- Opportunities for progression as the company continues to grow
Opportunities & Package:
- Authorised Technicians: £46,000 – £52,000 (DOE)
- Competent technician (CT) - Negotiable on experience
