I am lucky enough to be working with a Depot Manager who believes in family. He wants you to work, he has to get the jobs done. But he values his drivers and appreciates their value to the business. You are not just a face, you are an important cog in the wheel of getting the job done.
This position, although working for one of the biggest distribution groups in the UK, is at a depot level where it all counts. If you want to be valued, have a voice, but appreciate the need to get the job done with a smile on your face, then this position could be what you are looking for.
Starting ASAP, but they are happy to wait if you need to give notice, you will be paid £17.50 PAYE to start or if you choose to go via the umbrella company and have holiday included in your hourly rate, then this will increase to £20.00.
