We are currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Senior Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our children’s residential services across our homes in Walsall, Cannock, Birmingham, and Handsworth. This is an exciting opportunity to support vulnerable young people and make a genuine difference in their lives while progressing your career within a supportive and growing organisation.

Senior Residential Support Worker Pay: £13.00 - £15.50 per hour, plus £50 per sleep-in shift.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working within children’s residential care.
  • Confidence in leading shifts and supporting junior staff members.
  • A Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care, Residential Childcare, or a willingness to work towards one.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and promoting positive outcomes for young people.

Team Leader Pay: £13.50 - £17.00 per hour, plus £50 per sleep-in shift and bonus opportunities.
