We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead and develop our growing domiciliary care service in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and has the leadership skills to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and support care staff to deliver exceptional standards of care.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
  • Maintain effective care planning, risk assessments, and accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor quality assurance processes and implement continuous service improvements.
  • Support business growth and contribute to achieving occupancy and service targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
