We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead and develop our growing domiciliary care service in Manchester. Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and support care staff to deliver exceptional standards of care.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
- Maintain effective care planning, risk assessments, and accurate documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and implement continuous service improvements.
- Support business growth and contribute to achieving occupancy and service targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager within domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
