Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our inâhouse team, responsible for advising on and supporting a broad range of commercial, legal, compliance, and regulatory matters across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, practical and commercial advice to colleagues across the business, including senior management.
- Oversee and/or assist with preparing and negotiating agreements and terms & conditions for customers, suppliers, contractors, land owners and local authorities.
- Support the development, implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures, including internal training.
- Instruct and liaise with external counsel on specific projects.
- Oversee and/or assist with a broad range of corporate, compliance, regulatory and company policy related tasks.
- Help embed and reinforce Vorboss' culture of doing the right thing.
- Carry out any other duties within your skills and abilities.
The Right Candidate
- 2â4 years PQE with at least 2 years working in a UK law firm or established company.
- Thorough knowledge of legal drafting and experience with commercial contracts.
- Experience in telecom/TMT and/or regulatory environments is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent planning and organising skills to manage a demanding workload.
- Adaptive and able to work on a variety of matters at any time.
- Other levels of PQE considered for relevant experience.
