Role Overview
To review, coordinate and ensure the successful completion and delivery of Vorboss surveys. This includes route map quality, survey data integrity, and identifying field efficiencies that result in a higher success rate of surveys and more efficient installations.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve route map documents ensuring they are neat, clear, and free from errors and achieve the “customer facing” nature of these deliverables.
- Review installation manifest and fibre design to ensure our surveys lead to successful installations (validate fibre design, and ensure all the equipment, materials and instructions required for a successful installation are captured in the manifest).
- Ensure our survey proposals align with our design best practices and support future connections into building, and consult with the fibre planning team where deviations are presented and/or require additional approval.
- Validate that all survey forms (including civils requirements) are uploaded and captured accurately by the survey teams before progressing orders to Build.
- Identify and record any non-standard installations, and ensure adequate instructions are provided to the installation team, and variations are communicated to the service Delivery team as required.

- Review the weeks surveys and ensure that resources are being allocated efficiently, identifying gaps for additional works to be performed by survey teams.
- Work closely with field operations to modify calendars as required to support priorities and ensure the correct personnel are being assigned to jobs.
- Work closely with H&S teams to help troubleshoot complex installations and ensure safe systems of work are in place.
