Role overview:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to work closely with our sales and networks teams, supporting the design and delivery of tailored connectivity, MSP and cybersecurity solutions for customers.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will combine your technical knowledge with strong communication skills to guide customers through the solution design process, demonstrate the value of Vorboss services, and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams. This role involves significant collaboration across sales, channel, partnerships, and networks teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and validate campus LAN solutions (firewalling, switching, Wi-Fi) and multi-site WAN deployments for enterprise environments.
  • Propose and present cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and SASE technologies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate network diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Partner with Sales to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and technical workshops for customers and prospects.
  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses and technical proposal creation.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for the sales team to improve their understanding of Vorboss technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of technical product documentation and internal playbooks.
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers, sales, and network engineering teams.
  • Stay informed on networking and cybersecurity trends to advise customers on best practices and emerging technologies.

The right candidate:

  • Prior experience in an MSP or Cybersecurity environment is essential.
  • Strong fundamental networking knowledge as well as knowledge of IP/MPLS, BGP, EVPN and other related technologies.
  • Experience designing and supporting campus LAN deployments and multi-site WAN in service provider or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity design or advisory (firewalls, VPN, SIEM, endpoint security).
  • Familiarity with Juniper, Ruckus, and Fortinet solutions (Palo Alto experience is a plus).
  • Experience with SD-WAN and SASE technologies.
  • Understanding of MSP business models and ability to align solutions with service offerings.
  • Strong communicator, capable of simplifying complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging at C-level and technical stakeholder levels.
  • Enjoys mentoring and training others.
  • Highly organised, with excellent documentation and diagramming skills.
