- Identify opportunities within the partner base to upsell or cross-sell Vorboss products and services.
- Track and report on partner activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue via CRM tools.
The right candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or desk-based B2B sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partners and opportunities concurrently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset.
Employee Share Plan – Once an employee at Vorboss, we offer the opportunity to become a shareholder in the company.
Other benefits include:
- Company pension scheme.
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing with years of service (excluding bank holidays).
- Access to Spill, our mental health support partner.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Half-price gym memberships through the healthcare provider.

We aim to be an equal opportunities employer and are committed to ensuring that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race. We promote a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination, fostering dignity and respect for all. This includes training managers and staff about their rights and responsibilities under our equality, diversity, and inclusion policy.
