What are you going to do?

As a Service Engineer, you are the lifesaver for our customers. You are a technical all-rounder who quickly understands and resolves issues. You travel to customers across the whole UK to ensure machines run smoothly again and reassure customers with your knowledge and expertise.

The highlights:

Together with the Service Coordinator, you discuss technical malfunctions and immediately come up with solutions.

During the week, you often work abroad, while on weekends, you are usually at home.

On-site, you analyze problems, solve them, and advise customers on how to prevent future malfunctions.

You share your knowledge with customers and colleagues and document your work in service reports.

You often work independently, but you are never alone – our Support team is always ready to assist you.

We ask

An education or relevant working experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.

Willingness to travel across the UK. During the week, you are often on the road, and on weekends you are home. If weekend work is required, it is always in consultation.

Flexibility is important, as these tasks cannot always be planned in advance.

Good command of the English language.
