Team Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid‑casual, casual and mid‑core experts. Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits (Helix Jump – Flappy Dunk – Woodturning) to a new level.

Role As a Game Lead, you will be the owner of your game and team. Your mission will be to define the right direction, build the team, and drive execution with speed, focus and ambition. During the first 6 months, your main focus will be on improving the core gameplay: making the game more satisfying, juicy, exciting and fun to play, before scaling the rest of the product.

You Will:

  • Build and lead your own small team, starting with around 4 people
  • Set clear goals and make sure the team reaches them
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the people working on the game
  • Focus first on improving core gameplay, game feel, pacing and player satisfaction
  • Identify what makes the game fun today and what could make it much stronger tomorrow
  • Monitor and improve key game metrics such as retention, playtime, engagement and monetization
  • Be involved and hands‑on across all aspects of game development: game design, level design, UI/UX, tech, art and product decisions
  • Continuously improve the internal process of game creation and iteration
  • Manage your team’s performance and growth, keeping a high talent bar and helping strong people develop

Profile:

  • 4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art etc.)
  • Mobile F2P market experience (in Design ideally), track record with a successful mobile game
  • A passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of core gameplay, game feel, player experience and iteration
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
  • Strong leadership potential or previous team leadership experience
  • A data‑driven approach to decision‑making
  • The ability to move fast, test ideas, learn from results and iterate quickly
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to align different crafts around a clear direction
