About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends hands‑on field engineering with training—designed for someone who thrives on doing both. You’ll play a key role in shaping how installations are delivered, with the autonomy to make a real impact across the business.
A core part of the role is working through third‑party partners—setting expectations, auditing performance, and influencing outcomes without direct authority. You’ll bring your technical expertise and problem‑solving mindset to guide partners and customers, while delivering engaging training that builds capability and drives consistently high standards across the network.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and resolve complex installation and hardware issues, supporting engineers, partners, and customers onsite and remotely while stepping in to manage escalations and keep systems running smoothly.
- Provide engaging, hands‑on training to engineers, partners, and customers, while creating clear, user‑friendly installation guides and supporting internal teams with product and installation knowledge.
- Carry out installation audits and quality checks, setting the benchmark for excellence while identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Support major deployments, recommend the right hardware solutions, assist with product launches and trials, and work closely with teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Benefits
