Responsibilities
- Respond to system alerts, alarms, and emergency/breakdown calls
- Provide support for EV charging queries
- Document and manage vehicle theft cases and incidents
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone
- Ensure calls are processed within service level agreements
- Perform administrative tasks accurately and timely
- Collaborate within a small, supportive team
Key requirements
- Local to Milton Keynes
- Able to work 6am–2pm Saturday and Sunday
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Excellent customer service with confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise
- Good IT skills and quick learner of new systems
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Flexible and reliable to cover shifts
- Desirable: experience in operations centre or control room; good geographical knowledge
