The predicted salary is between 135 - 198 £ per hour.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Long-term placements in a single school may also be able to support your ECT induction.

About the role:

  • Pay: £150 – £180 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
  • Starting in September 2026, with the potential to lead to full-time, long-term positions.

Requirements:

  • Someone who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or is due to complete their teacher training this academic year.
  • Someone with experience of, or a genuine interest in, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
  • Someone with great patience, drive and determination.
  • Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset.
