We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Youth Work Coordinator to shape and deliver needs-led programmes that reflect the real issues facing local young people and promote their personal and social development. You will coordinate impactful detached and centre-based provision, taking responsibility for managing a proactive and motivated team, build strong local partnerships, and ensure effective referral, triage, and caseload management for 1:1 and targeted group interventions.

From developing programmes alongside young people to managing delivery of existing programmes, to driving goal-focused action plans and leading front-line delivery when needed, you will play a pivotal role in creating responsive, high-quality support that makes a lasting difference.
