The Foundation of Light Future Pathways team are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Careers Coordinator to help build upon the success of the transformational work we do across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham.

Role

  • Coordinate work experience plans internally and externally
  • Deliver engaging sessions, workshops, or assemblies on pathways, employability and apprenticeships
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, schools, employers and other stakeholders

Key Information About the Role

  • Permanent, full‑time role (upon successful completion of a probation period)
  • Embed EDI and safeguarding in all aspects of work
  • Successful candidate must have or be willing to work towards a Level 4 in IAG
  • Appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS Check
