Role Summary
The Foundation is seeking highly motivated individuals to fulfil the exciting role of Employability Coach as part of the Skills Team. Through our pioneering facility, the Beacon of Light, we aim to develop education, employability and skills pathways for families across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham through quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Employability Programmes, engaging young people and adults in 1‑to‑1 mentoring and small group sessions.
- Assist with 19+ Adult Skills Programmes or Youth Skills Programmes as required.
- Engage economically inactive or unemployed individuals and support them in moving closer to employment or sustaining employment.
Additional Details
The base for the post is the Beacon of Light, with delivery across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham. Appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
