Role description: Officer
The Business Support Officer is a new role, key to supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer to ensure the effective day‑to‑day operation of the organisation. The postholder will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership while also assisting with the coordination and management of operational systems, processes, and organisational activities. The role will help ensure the smooth running of internal operations, support governance and compliance requirements, coordinate organisational processes, and act as a central point of communication between leadership, staff, volunteers, and external partners.
