North Tyneside Carers Centre is seeking a Carers Wellbeing Worker to support unpaid carers in North Tyneside.
You will provide one-to-one support, information and advocacy to help carers maintain wellbeing and access services.
You will manage a caseload, complete wellbeing assessments and develop personalised support plans, while working with health, social care and voluntary sector partners to improve outcomes for carers.
