Hybrid Part-Time Cancer & Dementia Care Link Worker in Gateshead

VONNE (Voluntary Organisations' Network North East) is seeking a Cancer & Dementia Care Link Worker for a part-time role (18.5 hours/week) in Gateshead, focused on providing support to individuals with cancer and dementia.
