Project Support role in Cancer & Dementia Care, funded for a fixed term. Based in Tyne and Wear with some hybrid/site-based requirements. Part time, 18.5 hours per week.
Contract Type: Fixed Term 24 month contract
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (part time). Monday to Friday with some weekend and evening flexibility. Full or part-time applications will be considered.
Location: QE Hospital, Gateshead / Edberts House; some hybrid working.
Salary: £27,311 FTE per annum/pro rata (currently under review).
Benefits: 25 days holiday per year, plus statutory holidays pro rata.
About the role: We’re looking for a dedicated Cancer & Dementia Care Link Worker to support people living with life-limiting illness, cancer, and dementia within the Specialist Palliative Care Team.
