FAMILY ENTREPRENEUR
Family Gateway is looking to recruit a Family Entrepreneur who will play an integral part in enabling us to successfully achieve our Strategic and Development plans by supporting families with complex needs.
Our practice and culture is underpinned by our unique “Barefoot Professional Model” which is a powerful approach to empowering and creating community role modelling to bring about long term change. Our aim is to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to explore their own education, training and employment goals leading to aspirations and personal fulfilment.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and caring person with a passion to support families and children. The successful candidate will have a professional but empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
The Family Entrepreneur will be values led with a friendly, welcoming, patient and non-judgemental approach to their work. They will have a strong work ethic with demonstrable experience of supporting families and children. They will have the ability to use their own initiative, have a flexible approach to work, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
