Role description: Project Support

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals passionate about supporting people with mental health challenges. The roles involve working closely with GP surgeries to support patients in engaging with their treatment plans or awaiting appointments with mental health services. Additionally, one role will focus on supporting young people aged 16-25 through TVYMCA, fostering resilience and confidence, while the other will work with FSD on trauma recovery programs, adopting a whole family approach where appropriate.

Both positions require an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and involve developing tailored support plans to improve patient engagement and outcomes.
