Foundation of Light in Sunderland is seeking a Youth Engagement Officer to deliver mentoring sessions and targeted group interventions across schools and community settings. You will work with the Belonging and Social Connectivity team to create engaging programmes addressing attendance, behaviours and well-being.
The role involves liaising with the Community Cohesion Manager, developing school- and community-based initiatives, and supporting programmes aimed at early career and academic development.
