The Role
As a Video Content Producer, you will lead the planning and coordination of video content across our marketing channels. Leading our User-Generated Content (UGC) engine, you will identify the right creators, negotiate fair rates and craft clear, effective briefs that ensure the content produced is both high-converting and aligned with our brand. Alongside this, you will act as the primary point of contact for external production studios, briefing high-production shoots, confirming storyboards and providing creative direction to ensure the final output delivers against our objectives. Additionally, you will:
- Identify opportunities for brand storytelling, tutorials and social-first video content
- Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide creative feedback to refine and improve content
About You
To be considered as a Video Content Producer, you will need:
- Experience co-ordinating or managing video content production
- Strong creative briefing skills and the ability to communicate a clear vision
- A strong eye for visual storytelling and engaging digital content
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with creators, studios and internal teams
- A commercially aware mindset and understanding of marketing content performance
