You can join our team as a VP, Talent Development & Learning Solutions, providing programmatic development support for all of our diverse talent pool.
Your responsibilities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functional teams to understand business objectives, identify talent and establish targeted development plans.
- Lead a team who collaborate with subject matter experts across functional teams to understand business objectives, capability gaps and establish learning objectives.
- Oversee the design, development and delivery of engaging, fresh and impactful development experiences.
- Identify and track critical roles within the business, understand incumbent talent and ensure robust succession plans are in place.
- Contribute to broader organization development efforts and support team projects to scale and expand availability of learning and development solutions.
- Act as a business area representative as part of the broader Ericsson talent management leadership team
- Ensure learning solutions influence positive change, align with strategic business objectives and enhance individual and organization capability.
- Provide oversight for “off-the-shelf” learning and development programs, providing recommendations on learning paths, identifying appropriate content, and inserting into our overall development framework.
- Manage transformational projects; you will have experience of the full design life cycle, from needs analysis through to design.
- Contribute to broader organization development efforts and support team projects to scale and expand availability of learning and development solutions.
- Evaluate training success through feedback, survey responses, completion reports, etc.
- Provide Ad hoc creative support to CPO with special initiatives and projects.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated knowledge of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and other factors that impact retention and growth of the talent pool.
- Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior, adult learning theory and other factors that impact effective learning and development outcomes.
- Direct experience of leading a team within a dynamic talent development & learning environment.
- Thought leadership with learning and development methods, programs, processes, issues and considerations.
- Experience in analyzing diverse data sets and developing valuable insights, in support of program design.
- Excellent verbal / written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience in dealing with diverse stakeholders across functions, geographies and levels.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with design thinking principles.
- Ability to:
- Plan, design, develop and deliver effective development programs across multiple settings
- Provide development thought leadership to clients, managers and other stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and design talent management and development models.
- Translate learning needs into effective learning solutions through instructional design and content development.
What is required for application
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- Significant experience in a Learning and Talent Development role
- Working knowledge of modern Talent Management and Learning Experience Platforms
