Partner with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and drive the development of AI features and APIs. Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into CPaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS platforms. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for AI-driven innovation and differentiation. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of Gen AI features and APIs. Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, refine product strategies, and enhance user experiences. Stay ahead of industry trends and AI advancements to shape forward-thinking product roadmaps and strategies.
