Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide! As an emerging leader in the $10B+ communications API market, we empower global brands to connect better with their customers, employees, and partners through transformative communications experiences.

As a Key Account Manager for Network Powered Solutions, you'll grow existing relationships and build new ones with large enterprises across high-priority verticals including digital finance, neobanking, rideshare, gaming, eCommerce, and online platforms. You will be at the forefront of one of the most exciting go-to-market opportunities in the industry: selling Vonage's Network Powered Solutions (NwPS), a next-generation portfolio that exposes real-time 4G/5G carrier network capabilities directly to enterprise customers, backed by Ericsson's global infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive sales strategies focused on the Vonage Network Powered Solutions portfolio, including Verify with Silent Authentication, Identity Insights (SIM Swap, KYC/Subscriber Match), Fraud Defender, Quality on Demand (QoD), and emerging connectivity and network intelligence APIs.
  • Analyse the assigned account base to identify NwPS expansion opportunities, with a focus on fraud prevention, user authentication, and differentiated connectivity use cases.
  • Create and present sales and revenue forecasts based on account base analysis, contributing to the NwPS revenue target.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth across priority verticals: digital finance, mobility, gaming, social/entertainment, and eCommerce.
  • Collaborate across the sales and network API SME organisations to ensure timely and accurate solution design, quote provision, and order processing.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects and PreSales Consultants to design tailored NwPS solutions, including Network Registry onboarding, Silent Authentication rollouts, and Identity Insights integrations, for enterprise prospects.
  • Support implementation through ongoing customer contact, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success post-deployment.

What you'll bring:

  • Self-starter attitude, creativity and curiosity, with the focus and openness it takes to work both independently and collaboratively across a global, matrixed organisation.
  • 8+ years of experience selling to large multinational enterprise companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Network API solutions, mobile identity, fraud prevention, or security technology in SaaS, PaaS, or CPaaS models.
  • Experience building solid relationships with mid-level and senior executives across security, fraud, product, engineering, and digital transformation teams.
  • Previous experience partnering with a PreSales Consultant on complex, consultative B2B deals.
  • A solution-oriented sales approach across the full NwPS delivery lifecycle, consistently building a healthy new business pipeline that meets and aggressively exceeds targets.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting, with the ability to act as a business leader to build solid, predictable, and recurring revenue in a fast-growing, emerging product category.

Experience we consider a plus:

  • Understanding of the GSMA Open Gateway/CAMARA API standards and the broader mobile network operator (MNO) ecosystem.
  • Deep engagement with target verticals such as neobanks, payments providers, rideshare, and gaming, where fraud prevention, secure authentication, and programmable connectivity represent the highest ROI opportunity.
  • Ability to articulate the Vonage NwPS value proposition, including Ericsson's structural advantage via access to global carrier networks, to business, security, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Contribution to and execution of a regional NwPS go-to-market plan, with a clear focus on pipeline development and revenue conversion.
