As our UK Country HR Partner, you'll be the trusted local HR advisor where business strategy meets talent execution. You'll partner with local and regional managers and Global HR Business Partners to implement global people strategies at the UK level, coach leaders through performance challenges, and ensure our teams have the support they need to thrive and deliver business results. The focus for the role will be supporting our managers and employees in the UK, but you may also support the wider EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners to execute HR strategies locally and provide UK market insights to inform global initiatives.
  • Coach leaders and managers on performance management, talent decisions, difficult conversations, and leadership development.
  • Manage employee relations matters including investigations, conflicts, disciplinary and grievance processes, and policy compliance.
  • Guide leaders through compensation cycles, pay equity reviews, promotions, and total rewards communication.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyse survey results, and champion culture and inclusion across the UK market.
  • Support talent planning including succession planning, workforce planning, organisational design, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies while providing practical, pragmatic HR guidance to managers.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrable progressive HR experience with a strong focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and settlement processes.
  • Proven track record coaching and developing managers to build their leadership capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical talent actions.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, and working time regulations.
  • Familiarity with ACAS guidance and experience managing processes in line with the ACAS Code of Practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD qualification advantageous).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using people data to drive insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with COEs and global partners.
