Vonage is seeking a Performance Engineering leader to define and drive the testing strategy for high-availability, cloud-native telecom platforms.
You will mentor SDETs, coordinate cross-team test schedules, and govern performance scripts using k6, Go Replay, and modern tooling.
You will design scalable backend frameworks, validate distributed systems with Kafka/Rabbit MQ, and integrate performance into CI/CD pipelines while leveraging Grafana and Cloud Watch for observability and optimization.
