Your key responsibilities
- Produce and publish weekly high-quality developer content for the Vonage Developer Blog and related areas.
- Craft tutorials, how-tos, and deep dives demonstrating the capabilities and use cases of Vonage APIs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Engage with the developer community through comments, social channels, and feedback.
- Help shape the editorial direction of the blog to address developer needs and highlight new product features.
What you\’ll bring
- Technical writing experience: 2+ years writing developer-focused content (blog posts with code, tutorials, documentation, etc.).
- Programming proficiency: Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- API experience: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud communications platforms.
- Excellent communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Community-oriented: Experience engaging with developer communities via blogs, forums, or social media.
- Editorial skills: Ability to edit, proofread, and maintain a consistent voice and style.
