This role sits within our Service Contracts and Extended Offer teams, within the wider Product, Pricing & Logistics function. • Generous holiday allowance: Start with 25 days and watch it grow to 30 days with length of service, plus bank holidays. You can buy up to 5 extra holiday days!
  • Discounts on various purchases: Enjoy savings on shopping vouchers, cinema tickets, holidays, and travel.
  • Fitness perks: Access MyGym Discounts and MyActive Discounts. Make use of our on-site gym.
  • Other benefits: Dental insurance, Cycle-to-work scheme and Eyecare vouchers.

Who are you? You’re someone with a natural curiosity and a mindset that thrives on structure, numbers, and building great relationships with the people around you.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for analysing data to uncover trends and insights
  • Excellent communication skills, equally confident engaging with people and interpreting data
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Confident using basic Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems is a bonus, but not essential — training will be provided

What you’ll do:

  • As an apprentice, you will shadow members of the team and work closely with our Contract Administration and Extended Offer managers.
  • You will be helping our Extended Offer team within the parts function to administer, market and develop our product offering within that function.
  • Manage and prioritise cases received primarily by email, with occasional phone enquiries.
  • Assign cases accurately within the wider team using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Log all case files and attach relevant contract documentation for the contract administration team to action.
  • Create and present detailed reports on case volumes, status, closure rates, and resolutions to support management.
  • Provide cover by handling assigned cases during periods of team absence or vacation.
  • Help improve how we manage cases and data.
  • Provide administrative support and help to develop product marketing campaigns for the Extended Offer team within the parts function, giving an opportunity to gain insight across functions.

Please note: If you already hold a business-related qualification such as A-Levels in Business, a degree, or equivalent, you may not be eligible for this apprenticeship.
